I try and pack as light as possible. I would first check the forecast If it highly unlikely to rain I would settle for just leathers. I wouldn't pack a rain gear if the weather is going to be sunny and hot. I usually carry at least one long sleeve t-shirt to protect me from sun and for a extra t shirt for when the temperature drops. Bring a couple pairs of socks, underwear, pants and shirt. What if you get wet. Nothing ***** more than wet and nasty feeling. Day and night riding glasses. I would bring atm or credit card in case you need it. I have also in the past wore clothes I didn't care about. That way I wouldn't need to repack them. I would just throw them away. It clears room for souvenirs. I also try and pack bottles of water. The best money I ever spent was a 150 bucks on a tourmaster sissy bar bag or tbag. I can pack a weeks worth of stuff in it.

To do the ride in comfort I would buy another pack that ties to a rack or your back seat so you do have enough room to pack rain gear, toiletries and a few changes of clothes. A little cash is always good too. When I go on long trips I usually pack light and travel on plastic. That way I have room for all the Harley shirts I must get when going through towns with dealerships. Also it is just a good policy to spend money along the way instead of packing everything. A lot of small towns are helped greatly by people passing through and as a bonus it makes them glad to see bikers in their town.

One change of underwear, socks, etc. Definitely rain gear; if you have ever ridden a few hundred miles in wet leathers, you won't want to do it again. One pair of jeans will get you through four days. A spare t-shirt plus a long-sleeved shirt or riding jersey, and fleece or something warm to layer under your leathers. A spare pair of gloves. Ear plugs. Small flashlight or headlamp for in camp. A plastic coffee/beverage mug. A flask of Old Overholt. Cigars. A hat or cap. Soft shoes for camp. A Leatherman or pocket knife. Your road tools, including tire repair kit. A couple of clean shop rags. Phone, camera, GPS, credit card or atm card, even though $200 cash should be plenty. A flat pack of wet wipes, and another of Lemon Pledge wipes for your face shield. A bandana. Toothbrush, razor (if you need to shave), toothpaste, ibuprofen, deodorant, any meds you need. Two or three Clif bars and a water bottle. A 5x7 blue tarp.

DO NOT bring a hair dryer.

Just one extra set of britches and two extra rolled up t-shirts, two sets of drawers, socks and one braski. Even that small amount of clothing will not take up very much room and will prove to be invaluable. Yes to the baby wipes, and try to take a bird bath at a gas station sink. BTDT

... don't forget the condoms.

You might just need to freshen up in a restroom somewhere, or truck stops often have showers. maybe you can shower while everyone else eats, then just grab something quick to eat.
Couple changes of outerwear (pants, shirt) and everyday change for undies and socks. Bring extra pair of undies and couple socks in case you do get soaked.
I'd skip the sleeping bag (esp in the southeast) and bring a bed sheet and a blanket, will take up less space.
I got a good rain suit, a 2 piece, called Frogg Toggs "Roadtoad" suit, kept me dry very well, but if the sun comes out you don't sweat all up like most others. Costs was good, around $50.
OH WAIT most campgrounds have shower facilities, maybe not the "best" but will be OK.
If space becomes a problem, add more space! You could probably forget the outerwear if you can pack a rain suit. I wouldn't skimp the underwear, ewwwww! The Frogg Togg suit packs up pretty tight, comes with a storage bag too. If you are pretty sure you can stay dry, then skip the outerwear replacements, I'd mainly worry about the outerwear getting soaked, not stinky (at least if you can find a shower every day)

Are you on your own bike or a passenger?

Bring a rain suit. Leather soaks up water after it gets past a certain point. You also cannot close the wrist and neck of leathers tight enough.

You can get by with 2 sets of clothes, one to wash and hang up every night. If its a large club, i would count on stopping at camp grounds with showers etc. Because in a large group, there would be some one who is new, or doesnt like roughing it, and for the sake of ease of travel , most groups will aim for compromise. So take shampoo etc in small travel size containers.

Take something to tie up your hair, or to hide helmet hair after being smashed inside a helmet all day. Bring some aspirin, and something for diarhea. Nothing ruins a trip faster than getting sick. Bring mp3 player if youre on the back, and bored. Bring your tool s if youre on your own bike.

so many more, what to say....
check on this forum, how to prepare :

Yay, you go girl!!

Baby wipes. Trust me, you'll need to do a ***** bath after a long ride if you can't take a shower.

Take a little more cash with you in case you need it. Forget wearing leathers in the rain, buy a rain suit from walmart.
